Help! I’m going to my final year before college and I’m currently going a VERY rigorous course that often causes me to experience “burn outs” I just can’t digest so much information which the course requires you to. I also don’t have very good memory and I get tired easily. I am hardworking but often I just cannot remember the things I’ve learnt! I also find it hard to concentrate on studying several subjects at a time because whenever i shift my focus to something else i forget what i’ve learnt for another.

I’ve heard of supplements which help to improve productivity - are they safe and effective?

Another things is that I used to have MUCH BETTER memory. Is it stress that made me become more forgetful?

That’s a good question, During finals and test the brain is overloaded with much more information and data. When the brain is stressed it uses up vital nutrients faster than normal. We use Memory Brite for situations like this. Although you can begin takeing Memory Brite in situations like this and it will help it is better to start three weeks before a big test.  This way your brain is fully stocked up before the extreme load of finals.

It sounds like you’re putting too much pressure on yourself.can’t you lighten your load? nobody can digest too much information.go talk to the guidance counselor, explain your situation, you’re not alone.you need some down time to regroup and rest your mind.that doesn’t make you weak or anything.it makes you smart.i went thru this in nursing school,i asked for help and got it from my teachers and fellow students.

There are supplements that can support healthy brain function and memory. At minimum, you should consider taking a good multiple vitamin, if you aren’t already. Given the amount of stress you’re under, I would find one high in B-vitamins or even a B-Complex supplement. Attached is a link to article about foods that boost brain power.
You may also be experiencing anxiety, which inhibits a healthy environment. I agree - meditation would be helpful too.
