Hi, friends if u have some easy to practice trics and techniques to improve memory power easily and in short duration of time.Then please tell me.

The first thing is get clear on what you want to remember.  Visualize the things you want to remember and add an emotion to it.  We remember t based on emotion. Lot’s of emotion equals remembered. Not much emotion equals forgotten. Supplements like Memory Brite add vital nutrients to the brain and help with over all brain health.

    just constantly test yourself e.g. go through each subject ( maths, science yada yada) when ever you have spare time

    you’ll love this, Alzheimer’s patients have been put into studies into recent years in the early onset of the disease which is producing interesting results as to the cause of the disease and ways in which to fend it off. Alzheimer’s as you know is a disease that affects memory in it’s recipients and slowly deteriorates their memory, studies are showing that games such as sudoku and word searches and crosswords daily exercise your memory and help to stave of the disease, these practices and games are sure to help with and memory problems that you have, and lower your chances of catching “the long good-bye” in the future.     get a dictionary and starting from A work your way through learning a different word every day.
    learn to spell it and learn what it means.

    I wish I knew that answer to that question too because I have a terrible memory.!!!!!

    When drivign and u see a car in front of u… try to memorize the license plate and remember it. See how long u can retain it. Or when reading, pick aline and try to memorize it word for word adn see if u can remember it well after you have put the book down. Also, before you go to bed try and pick something that happened during your day and see if you can try to reinact it in your head. Try to remember every detail as if you are reliving the event. These are all things that help me.

    - fish oil or better krill oil with omega 3 improves memory, concentration and otherwise brain function

    - AZZ cardfile. You can download this easy to use handy thing for free and put your entire life there and your brain will be free..!!

    It is impossible to remember all things you think you need. Your brain doesn’t have to be a library or a notebook. It can do way much more creative things than being a storage.

    DON’T USE YOUR BRAIN AS STORAGE, BUT AS A RECEIVER. This was something addressed to me, but perhaps it is addressed to everyone who cannot handle memorizing stuff.
